Welcome to the Official Website of the International Society of Andrology, dedicated to improving awareness of andrology, and to promote basic and clinical research in andrology.
Founded in 1981, ISA brings together around 40 national and regional member societies, representing at least 10,000 andrologists worldwide. ISA aims to disseminate knowledge of andrology, and to promote basic and clinical research in andrology.
The International Society of Andrology (ISA) traces its origins to the early efforts of the Comite Internacional de Andrologia (CIDA), founded in 1970 as a pioneering study group in the emerging field of Andrology. After organizing the first International Congress of Andrology in 1977, the need for broader international collaboration became clear, leading to the formal founding of ISA in 1981 as a federation of national societies and individual members from around the world.

These objectives are achieved through:

We hope that our website stimulates and advances our world-wide collaboration, to promote andrology in the best possible way.
