Building Families – A Joint IFFS and ISA Scientific Statement

The International Society of Andrology (ISA) and the International Federation of Fertility and Sterility (IFFS) have joined their efforts to produce a Scientific Statement aiming to bring attention to the falling demographics.
The International Society of Andrology (ISA) and the International Federation of Fertility and Sterility (IFFS) have joined their efforts to produce a Scientific Statement aiming to bring attention to the falling demographics, to the need for medical practitioners to act to improve access to care for all infertile couples, and to contraception advice and care.
The “Building Families” document is attached, following its revisions after the ICA-ASA congress in Washington DC.

The General assembly took place on March 31st and the new executive board of the ISA was elected: Prof Csilla Krausz (Italy) has been elected as the new President, Prof Wei Yan (USA) is the new Secretary, and Prof Michael Zitzmann (Germany) has been appointed as the new treasurer.
On top of this, the ISA also celebrated the two past executive boards with a plaque for each of the previous members: Prof Andreas Meinhardt (President 2017-2020), Prof Andrea Isidori (Treasurer 2017-2020), Peter Liu (President 2020-2025 and Secretary 2017-2020), Giovanni Corona (Secretary 2020-2025) and Dimitrios Goulis (Treasurer 2020-2025).
